L'archéologie à grande vitesse : 50 sites fouillés entre Tours et Bordeaux

Take a look back at 400,000 years of history between Tours and Bordeaux.
The new High Speed Railway route "Sud Europe Atlantique", stretching 340 kilometres, has enriched archéologists' understanding of the daily lives of our ancestors, from prehistory to present days.

Through archeologial digs in the regions of Centre-Val de Loire and Nouvelle-Aquitaine, discover the lives of prehistoric hunters and the first farmers, then go on to explore Galllic-farms, a Gallo-Roman villa, or a medieval hamlet. Throughout the exhibition, the past comes back to life in touch-screens, projections, an interactive atlas, and films with 3D reconstitutions.

The exhibition was initiated by LISEA, COSEA and SNCF RESEAU.
The exhibition is in the programming of the season paysages bordeaux 2017, presented form june 25th to october 25th, to celebrate the High Speed Railway's construction between Tours and Bordeaux.
